This PR adds release date parsing and storage to PortageResource, sets the news article publication date and author, provides the article title as resource name for clean card rendering and alphabetized sorting, and sorts the Gentoo News category reverse-chronologically (newest first) by default while enabling full support for Discover's sort controls.
