This PR adds AppStream URL matching to PortageBackend::search() so Discover can resolve featured applications (e.g. firefox, kate, vlc, gimp) on the Home page, sets fixed explicit heights and clipping on the details page ScrollViews to stop text from spilling over, and fixes tooltip property assignment in UseFlagsInfo.
